Baileys Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:
Baileys Chocolate Fudge:
1 lb milk chcolate, roughly chopped
1 can condensed milk
1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 oz mint chocolate bar, crushed
Directions:
Line a 8X8 baking tin with baking paper, making sure it hangs over the sides.
In a double burner over medium low heat. Add chocolate and condensed milk, stirring often until the chocolate has completely melted. Remove from heat, stir in Baileys and vanilla, until combined and smooth.
Pour into the prepared tin and top with the crushed chocolate. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, overnight works best, until the fudge is firm. Transfer fudge to a cutting board and cut into squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
