Biscuits and Mascarpone Cream

Ingredients:

Biscuits and Mascarpone Cream:
1 cup double/heavy cream
2 Tbsp powdered/icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp amaretto liqueur/almond extract
1 cup mascarpone cheese
1 cup Lotus biscuits, crushed
1 cup strawberries, halved

Directions:
In a bowl add cream, powdered sugar, vanilla and amaretto. Whisk together, until the cream starts to hold, then whisk in the mascarpone.

In individual jars/glasses add some crushed biscuits to the bottom of the jar, spoon some whipped cream on top of the biscuits, then a layer of strawberries, top with more cream and then lastly crushed biscuits.
