Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Serves: Six | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 5 min

Ingredients:

Chocolate Covered Strawberries:
1 lb fresh strawberries
6 oz milk chocolate
6 oz white chocolate

Directions:
Rinse and dry strawberries. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Make 2 double boilers, one for the milk chocolate and the other for the white chocolate. Over medium low heat, melt chocolate, until smooth. Holding a strawberry by the stem, dip into the chocolate, lift and twist slightly, letting the excess chocolate fall back into the bowl. Place the dipped strawberries on to the prepared tray. Repeat with the rest of the strawberries, alternating between white milk and white chocolate.

For the drizzle, dip a fork into the melted chocolate or for a cleaner look use a piping bag and drizzle the opposite chocolate over the dipped strawberries. Let the strawberries sit at room temperature until the chocolate sets.
