Crockpot Sauerkraut and Kielbasa

Serves: Four | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 5 hrs

Ingredients:

Crockpot sauerkraut Kielbasa:
1.5 lbs kielbasa, cut 1-2 inch pieces
2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
3-4 cups sauerkraut
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp caraway seeds
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup cider/beer
1 Tbsp light brown sugar
2 tsp dijon mustard

Directions:
Place potatoes to the bottom of the crockpot. Add kielbasa, sauerkraut, onion, garlic, caraway seeds, garlic powder, and pepper. In a bowl whisk cider, sugar, and mustard together. Pour over everything in the crockpot. Cook on high 5-6 hours, low 7-8 hours. Stirring occasionally.
