Parmesan Sundried Tomato Crisps

Ingredients:
Parmesan Sundried Tomato Crisps:
1 cup parmesan cheese, coarsely shredded, using a box grater works best
1 Tbsp sundried tomatoes, finely chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven 400F/200C. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
Mix the grated cheese with the sundried tomatoes. Spoon one Tablespoon of mixture onto the prepared trays, leaving a 1-inch space between each mound. Bake, 5-7 minutes, until golden and melted. Let cool completely on the trays before serving.
