Pico De Gallo

Ingredients:

Pico De Gallo:
1 1/2 cups ripe tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 jalapeno, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper

Directions:
In a bowl add tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno, garlic, and cilantro. Add a good splash of extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
