Raspberry Coulis

Serves: Eight | Prep: 2 min | Cook: 5 min

Ingredients:

Raspberry Coulis:
1 lb frozen raspberries, thawed
3 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp raspberry liqueur

Directions:
Place raspberries, sugar and water into a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to the boil, lower heat, simmer, 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally until sauce thickens slightly. Take off heat, add raspberry liqueur. Using an immersion blender, blend until smooth. Chill sauce before using.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
