Spider Brownies with Sticky Marshmallow

Ingredients:
Spider Brownies with Sticky Marshmallow:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup powdered/icing sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp honey
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup marshmallows
Directions:
Preheat oven 350F/180C. Line a 8X8 or 12X5 inch baking tin with baking paper, grease the bottom with butter.
Sieve flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl. Stir in eggs, oil, honey, and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips. Transfer into the prepared tin and spread out evenly. Bake, 20-25 minutes, the sides pull away from the tin and brown. Let the brownies cool completely.
In a microwave safe bowl add marshmallows and microwave, 20-30 seconds. Mix with a fork, spread the marshmallows over the brownies to create a web effect.
Let sit, then cut into bars. A wet knife will help the web not to stick.
