Watermelon Coconut Popsicles

Ingredients:
Watermelon Coconut Popsicles:
3 1/2 cups fresh watermelon
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
Directions:
In a blender, blend watermelon. Strain blended watermelon through a fine strainer. Return strained liquid to the blender. Add coconut milk, honey, and lime juice, blend together. Pour into popsicle molds, add a popsicle stick into each mold and freeze for at least 4 hours. Remove from the molds and enjoy.
