Ham & Cheese Roll-ups, Mustard Parmesan Mayonnaise & Mustard Martini

Ingredients:
Ham & Cheese Roll-Ups:
1 can refrigerated croissant/ crescent rolls
6 ham slices
3 cheddar cheese slices, cut in half
3 swiss cheese slices, cut in half
Mustard Parmesan Mayonnaise:
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, pressed
Fresh chives, minced
Mustard Martini:
2 oz Hendricks gin
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
2 oz tonic water, chilled
1 Tbsp mustard powder
Cucumber slice
Garnish:
Mustard seeds
Cucumber ribbon on a toothpick
Directions:
Ham & Cheese Roll-Ups:
Preheat oven 350F/180C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Place one slice of ham, cheddar and swiss cheese on to each large section of the croissant. Roll from the large wend to the small.
Place onto the prepared tray, with the tip at the bottom.
Bake 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
Mustard Parmesan Mayonnaise:
In a bowl add mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, mustard and garlic.
Mix and garnish with chives.
Mustard Martini:
Spread mustard powder onto a small plate. Run a cucumber slice over the rim of the glass and dip into the mustard powder.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add gin and lime juice. Shake vigorously. Pour into the prepared glass. Top with chilled tonic water and garnish.
