Prosciutto Wrapped Goat Cheese Stuffed Figs & Right Side of The Tracks

Ingredients:
Prosciutto Wrapped Goat Cheese Stuffed Figs:
6 fresh figs
4 oz soft goat cheese, room temperature
12 slices prosciutto
Balsamic Glaze
Right Side of The Tracks:
1 lemon wedge
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 lemon juiced
4 oz Figenza, fig vodka
Garnish:
Lemon slice
Directions:
Stuffed Dates:
Preheat oven 450F/220C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Cut figs in half, lengthwise. Stuff each half with 1-2 teaspoon with goat cheese and wrap with a slice of prosciutto. Place flesh side up on the prepared tray. Bake, 6-8 minutes. Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze and serve.
Right Side of The Tracks:
On a flat plate add sugar. Rim a glass with a lemon wedge, dip into the sugar.
In a cocktail shaker with ice add lemon juice and vodka. Shake vigoursly. Pour into prepared glass and garnish.
