Rose Bourbon Punch

Ingredients:

Rose Bourbon Punch:
1/2 cup bourbon
2 cups Apple Cider
2 cups cranberry juice, chilled
1 bottle sparkling rose, chilled
4-5 cinnamon sticks
1 red apple, thinly sliced
bunch of fresh thyme sprigs
1 orange, cut in wedges
1 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Garnish:
Cinnamon stick
Thinly sliced apple
Star anise
Fresh thyme sprig

Directions:
To a large pitcher add bourbon, apple cider, cranberry juice and sparkling rose. Stir gently. Add sliced apples, 4-5 cinnamon sticks and a bunch of fresh thyme.

On a flat plate combine sugar and cinnamon. Rub the rim of the glass with the orange wedge, dip the rim into the sugar mixture. Pour the punch into the prepared glasses and garnish.
