This Shrimp Salad is delicious on endive leaves, crackers, and in a wrap. The flavors are intense and delicious. The Seabay Breeze Cocktail has to be one of my favorite creations. I came up with this cocktail one summer on Fire Island so I had to name it approriately. These two recipes together, PERFECTION!
