Halloween Recipes
Get ready to add some spooky fun to your Halloween with this collection of entertaining recipes that will make your party a scream! From eerie appetizers to devilish desserts, each recipe is packed with flavor and a festive twist. My favorite Halloween tradition is hosting a themed party where we all dress up. One year, the kids convinced us to do a Wizard of Oz theme, and another year, we went as hot dogs and ketchup!
This Halloween menu has everything you need for a spooky spread: Orange Crush “Bones,” Zucchini Pizza Bites, and Mummy Pizza Bread are perfect bite sized treats to get the party started. For a haunting main course, try the Wild Rice Butternut Squash Turkey-Stuffed Peppers carved with pumpkin faces, or the Roasted Tomato Garlic Soup served with Breadstick Snakes. Classic Mummy Hot Dogs with Spicy Ketchup are always a hit, especially alongside a “puking pumpkin” filled with Guacamole for extra gross out fun.
Of course, no Halloween party is complete without desserts like Chocolate Spider Brownie Doughnuts, Spider Brownies with sticky marshmallow webs, or Halloween Chocolate Bark paired with a Chocolate Tumbler spiked with coffee liqueur. For a sweet and spooky touch, I love making Dark Chocolate Candied Orange Slices, they’re great on their own or as a garnish!
And don't forget to set up a candy board with homemade treats like White Chocolate Orange Cornflake Clusters alongside your store-bought favorites for guests to snack on throughout the night. These recipes are sure to add a spooky spark to your celebration, making Halloween even more fun for the whole family!

Watermelon Recipes
Watermelon is a summer favorite for its juicy, sweet flesh that suits both sweet and savory dishes. Whether in a salad with jalapeños, on a pizza with feta cheese, in a refreshing cocktail—frozen or not—or enjoyed simply as a hydrating snack, its versatility and natural sweetness enhance any recipe, capturing the essence of summer in every bite.
Beach Menu
Let’s pack up and head to the beach! This picnic cooler bag is bursting with some of my favorite beach treats. We'll kick things off with refreshing pitcher-style cocktails. The Coconut Water Mojito is perfect for those sizzling days under the sun, and the Long Island Iced Tea is definitely one for sharing.
Feeling a bit fancy? Try the Prawn and Smoked Salmon Ricotta on Chicory—super easy to prepare but oh-so-elegant. Keep it simple with Pesto Turkey and Cheese Wraps and Vegetable Turkey Pita Sandwich. Pair these with a crisp Kale Salad drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette for a fresh and tasty bite.
For the snack lovers, we've got Tzatziki and Roasted Garlic Hummus, perfect for dipping with Homemade Pita Chips. And don't forget dessert! Chocolate Chip Bars and Strawberry Rice Krispie Treats with White Chocolate Drizzle will satisfy any sweet tooth. Enjoy the sun, surf, and delicious food!
Garden Menu
I adore a garden party! This menu showcases the beautiful flower blooms, herbs, and vegetables from the garden, beginning with a crisp and refreshing Cucumber Mint Mojito. If you enjoy a hint of spice, then the Cucumber Salsa and Spicy Cucumber Margarita are perfect choices! Rosemary is my most cherished herb; it enhances dishes like Rosemary Cashews, Marinated Mozzarella, and Skewered Monkfish. For simplicity, try the Yogurt Marinated Chicken. Prepare it the night before, then grill it when your guests arrive; however, it's just as delightful at room temperature. Serve it wrapped in Flatbreads and topped with Tzatziki. Finish on a high note with a stunning Blackberry Cake adorned with sweet White Chocolate Buttercream. Embrace the floral notes with Lavender Lemon Cookies and indulge in a full bouquet of flavor with a pitcher of Lavender Haze. Utilizing fresh chives from the garden always yields incredible butter, vinegar, and vinaigrette. Combine them with mayonnaise for a Creamy Chive Potato Salad.
St. Patrick’s Day Menu
Irish Cream…. the star of the show! A must to make Irish Cream Meringue with Chocolate Sauce, Baileys Fudge Chocolate or my favorite Nutty Irish Coffee. The Brown Bread and Soda Bread are both quick breads, and they are delicious. Cottage Pie, Corned Beef, and Bacon and Cabbage are all perfect for any St. Patrick’s Day celebration. Actually, the cottage pie is on weekly rotation in our home, So Good! This menu wouldn’t be complete without potatoes, the Savory Mince with Cheesy Potato Wedges ticks all the boxes and the Creamy Leek Tart is a delicious vegeterian option. This menu wouldn’t be me if I didn’t throw a bit of America in with these adorable Lucky Charm Cookies. They go great with an Irish Coffee as do my Sour Cream Crumb Cake. Loving this menu, Enjoy!
Valentine’s Day Menu
Love is in the air!! Well, at least the smell of delicious food. Start with my absolute favorite cocktail, Sparkling Cosmopolitan Pitcher, for a sweeter drink, serve my Raspberry Rum Cocktail. Serve your special someone this tender Fillet of Beef along with Balsamic Caramelized Shallots, Salted Fried Potatoes, Garlic Lemon Broccoli Stems, and some warm Cheddar Chive Scones. Finish on a high, a sugar high that is. Ultimate Chocolate Brownies with Raspberry Coulis spread on top, Chocolate Covered Strawberries, and Chocolate Truffles. My favorite White Chocolate Coconut Truffles.
Super Bowl Menu
Let’s get game day ready with these delicious recipes! Start by serving your guest with a beer cocktail, along with cheesy appetizers, pub style hot wings, meat filled sliders, vegetable dips and sweet potato fries. Leave a big bowl of Guinness Beef Chili on the counter with all the fixings for everyone to enjoy. When dinners done Sheet Pan Frosted Brownies will serve a crowd along with Chocolate Peanut Butter Chow and Espresso Martinis to keep the party going.
New Years Menu
Pop The Cork!! Happy New Years! For us New Years is a time for cocktails and party food. This menu is full of delicious nibbles and cocktails that compliment these dishes. I added Sparkling Cosmopolitan Pitcher and Limoncello Prosecco to the menu. A elevated glass of bubbly is the perfect way to ring in the New Year. Also, homemade Limoncello is a great gift for your host.
Christmas Menu
It’s the holiday season so let’s indulge with this Christmas Menu. Start the festivies with a Chocolate Peppermint Prosecco. I’m sharing a few great starters with pairing cocktails. Adding Sugared Cranberries and Sugared Rosemary to all the cocktails will give your drink extra festive flare. My Buttered Orange and Herb Roasted Turkey and Crumbled Ham are two amazing mains and go so well with all the sides, including our family favorite, Brussels Sprouts Gratin. A Cookie Box, filled with your favorite cookies, a pairing cocktail, or Homemade Irish Cream is the perfect ending to a perfect day! Merry Christmas!
Thanksgiving Recipes
A Thanksgiving Feast! It’s my favorite holiday, as it’s all about the FOOD. This menu brings some of my favorite fall dishes together and a turkey is always a must. Before the bird, let’s get happy with a Rose Bourbon Punch. Serving Roasted Pumpkin Garlic Soup and Brown Bread will have everyone feeling the autumn vibes. Now let’s talk turkey, a deliciously moist Garlic and Herb Roasted Turkey with all the trimmings. Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Oven Roasted Bourbon Sweet Potatoes, Herb Bread Stuffing, Green Bean Casserole, Sheet Pan Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Prosciutto, and Mascarpone Creamed Corn. For a non-meat option, Pumpkin Lasagna is a great dish that will make everyone happy. All this menu needs is a delicious and easy homemade Cranberry Sauce. Let’s kick up the pumpkin pie by making Bourbon Pumpkin Pie with Pecan Toppings and an easy Pumpkin Butter Puff Pastry Twist. For a night cap serve a Bourbon Pumpkin Cocktail and for a hot drink a Pumpkin Latte, you could always put a splash in! I also showed the recipes for Puree, Pumpkin Pie Spice, Pumpkin Butter, and Roasted Pumpkin Seeds… always go to know!
Fourth of July Menu
Happy Fourth of July. Let’s get started with a savory or sweet starter and cocktail? Take your pick, go savory with Roasted Black Cherries Over Goats Cheese & Black Cherry Lime Cocktail or sweet with Grand Marnier Fruit Salad with Grand Marnier Cream & Grand Marnier Fruit Punch. But really why choose? Have both! Next up, the mains. I went with two American classics, Italian Sausage and Peppers and Garlic Butter Steamed Clams. For the sides, I kept it simple and classic; Creamy Chive Potato Salad, Classic Coleslaw, and Husk On Grilled Corn. Jalapeno Lime Butter and Chive Blossom Butter are both delicious for smearing on the corn. Two amazing desserts that will go down a treat are my Watermelon Coconut Popsicles and Sponge Cake with Vanilla Cream and Summer Berries. The sponge is a perfect ending for the Fourth with it’s red, white, and blue proudly displayed.
Father’s Day Menu
This menu is all about the dads, it’s highly inspired by my own father. Start off with Whiskey Dogs & Whiskey Amaretto Sour. Both of these recipes were inspired by family recipes and family parties, there was never a get together that didn’t include mini hot dogs. If a pitcher of cocktails are needed this Fathers Day, look no further Orange Whiskey Sour Pitcher is perfect. The balance of the fresh fruit juices along with the whiskey….you couln’t ask for better. Make more time for chats by using the slow cooker, Bourbon Pulled Pork topped with Jalapeno Coleslaw were meant to be devoured. The Potato, Egg, Pea Salad and Lemon Sauteed Green Beans are perfect sides for this menu. Adding Corn Muffins makes this a winning meal for my dad and smothering the muffins with Jalapeno Lime Butter or Honey Butter, makes it so much better, a tip warm the muffins before serving. Now, lets talk dessert. Hands down one of the best breads I have made lately Bourbon Chocolate Chip Banana Bread with Bourbon Glaze is delicious all on it’s own, but why not pair it with a Nutty Irish Coffee. Now this is a menu fit for a KING.
Memorial Day Menu
Let’s kick off summer! A Watermelon Pizza with olives, feta, and mint is the perfect way to start. Drizzling homemade balsamic glaze on top really elevates the flavors and pairing it with a pitcher full of cool and refreshing Watermelon Punch is ideal! Now, lets get grilling, making Homemade Beef Burgers, topped with Pickled Onions and all the fixings. For epic sides I chose Seasoned Potato Wedges with Fry Sauce, Chargrilled Corn, and Broccoli Salad. It wouldn’t be a patriotic weekend without a bit of red white a blue. My Fresh Watermelon Cake ticks all the boxes and looks absolutley stunning. This cake needs to be displayed proudly! For those who need to cool down my Strawberry Crunch Ice Cream Bars will defintely do the trick. Enjoy and Happy Memorial Day!
Mother’s Day Menu
Show mom some love by filling her glass with a deliciously sweet Peach Bellini. Add some elegance to the day with Spinach Blinis with Smoked Salmon. Get the kids involved to help make Waffle and Buttermilk Pancake batters. Warm straight from the oven Yogurt Everything Bagels, topped with homemade Everything Bagel Seasoning will be a huge hit and even more once spread with Garlic Herb Cream Cheese and/or Vegetable Cream Cheese. Let us not forget about dessert! My boozy chocolate truffles would be perfect for mom. However, you can leave the booze out so the kids can enjoy as well. These recipes are perfect for mom and perfect to get the kids involved in cooking. Enjoy!
Cinco De Mayo
Cinco De Mayo. Let’s celebrate the fifth of May with this incredible menu. Start with a perfect sweet and spicy pairing, my Apple Bacon Bites and Apple Amaretto Martini. However, it wouldn’t be Cinco De Mayo without a margarita so lets make this easy to drink, pitcher size California Margarita. Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas is always a winner, easy and delicious. For a side or could be the main meal itself my “Mexican Rice” Chorizo Bean Vegetable Rice. Pico De Gallo is a must! The Refried Black Beans and Black Bean Corn Salad, can be served as side dishes, however, they can double up as dips as well. How wonderful is that! For dessert we have to end it on a high, lets make my cool and refreshing Lime Pie with Meringue Topping.
Easter Menu
My Easter menu, appetizer to desserts. Staying with a classic lamb dinner, but adding lots of flavors with olives and lemon. Honey glazed carrots and mint lemon peas pair well with the lamb and the herbed hasselback potatoes will keep everyone happy. The appetizer of mini peppers stuffed with garlic herb cream cheese is fun and delicious, while the yellow daffodil cocktail is refreshing and light. End the dinner with white chocolate sugar cookies, carrot cupcakes and a warm Squires tea or a cool carrot citrus crush.
