Chive Blossom Butter

Ingredients:
Chive Blossom Butter:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
10-12 chive blossoms
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Cut the blossoms off the chive stems, just below the flower head. Rinse gently and let dry.
In a bowl add butter, chive blossoms, garlic, and salt. Mix well.
Butter is sutible for freezing; roll into a log in baking paper, wrap with cling film and place in the freezer. Will freezer for up to six months.
