Easy Way To Grate Parmesan Cheese:

In a food processor with a steel blade add 1-inch pieces of parmesan cheese. Blitz until desired consistency. Store in an airtight container.

Leave off the rind. Save the parmesan rinds to add extra flavor in soups, stews and sauces. Just add while the dish is simmering and then discard before serving. The rind can be store in the freezer and then used when needed.
