Using Leftover Pie Crust:

Directions:
Preheat oven 350F/180C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Roll out dough. Using a cookie cutter or knife, cut dough into shapes. Place on the prepared tray. Brush with milk, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake 8-10 minutes, until lightly browned.
