Poached Salmon

Poached Salmon:

Ingredients:
Fresh Salmon, skin on or off, kept whole or cut into fillets
Lemon slices
Fresh dill sprigs

Directions:
Preheat oven 350F/180C.

Lay salmon flat in an ovenproof dish, if skin is on, place skin side down. Add just enough water to cover the bottom of the dish, don’t cover the top of the salmon. Place sliced lemons and dill on top of the salmon. Wrap the top of the dish with aluminum foil. Bake, 20 minutes.
