Bourbon Pulled Pork

Serves: Eight | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 8 min

Ingredients:

Bourbon Pulled Pork:
2 lbs pork loin
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp light brown sugar
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced
1 jalapeno, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
In a crock pot whisk bourbon, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, ginger, jalapeno, salt, and pepper together. Add pork, cook on low, 8 hours. (Time could change depending on your crockpot.)

After the pork is cooked, it will fall apart easily, discard any fat from the pork and shred with two forks.

Serve on a brioche bun, hamburger bun, or corn muffin. Top with swiss cheese, pickles and Jalapeno Coleslaw.
