Jalapeno Coleslaw

Ingredients:
Jalapeno Coleslaw:
1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, peeled and shredded
3 scallions, thinly sliced
1-2 jalapenos, minced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 limes, juiced
2 Tbsp honey
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
In a bowl whisk mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, cumin, cayenne pepper, celery salt, and pepper together.
In a large bowl add cabbages, carrots, scallions, jalapeno, and cilantro. Pour over the dressing and mix well. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Perfect to serve with Bourbon Pulled Pork
