Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:
Broccoli Salad:
4 cups broccoli florets and stems, roughly chopped
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 Tbsp buttermilk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Dressing:
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 lime, juiced
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
In a bowl whisk apple cider vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise, buttermilk, salt, and pepper together. Add broccoli, onion, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries. Stir until combined. Let sit, 10 minutes before serving.
