Candied Jalapenos

Serves: 1 cup | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 7 min

Ingredients:

Candied Jalapenos:
6 jalapeno peppers, sliced
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
In a saucepan over high heat add vinegar, honey and sugars. Stir, bring to a rapid boil, making sure all the sugar has dissolved. Reduce heat. Simmer, 5 minutes. Add sliced jalapenos and salt to the saucepan. Stir and cook, 2 minutes.

Remove from the heat and let cool completely before storing in a glass jar. Will last in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
