Chocolate Dipped Clementines

Serves: Twelve | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 5 min

Ingredients:

Chocolate Dipped Clementines:
6-7 clementines, peeled and seperated
5 oz milk or dark chocolate
coarse salt

Directions:
Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

In a double boiler (a bowl that sits sturdy on a saucepan with water in it however, make sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water in the pan) over low heat. Add chocolate, stir often, until melted and smooth, remove from heat.

Dip each section of the clementine pieces into the chocolate, lay on the prepared tray, sprinkle with sea salt and let harden before removing and serving.
