Husk On Grilled Corn

Serves: Six| Prep: 2 hr, 5 min | Cook: 20 min

Ingredients:

Husk on Grilled Corn:
8 whole corn on the cob
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar

Directions:
Pull down the outer husk, remove the silk, return the husk and cut off the bottom stem.

In a bowl large enough for the corn to be completely covered by water, add salt, sugar and cold water, let sit for at least 2 hours. Can be done the night before and kept in the refrigerator.

Preheat barbecue to medium heat.

Remove corn from the water and shake off excess water. Place corn on the barbecue. Cover, cook, 20-25 minutes. Turning corn every 5 minutes, until tender.
