Jammy Tomatoes

Serves: Six | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 6 min

Ingredients:

Jammy Tomatoes:
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 cups cherry tomatoes
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flake
2 Tbsp fresh basil, chopped

Directions:
Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add tomatoes. Cook, 2 minutes, untouched, until they blister. Stir and cook 2 minutes more. Add garlic, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and red pepper flake. Stir and cook, 2 more minutes. Remove from heat. Top with fresh basil.
