Yogurt Flatbreads

Plain Yogurt Flatbreads with fresh herbs

Serves: Six | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 10 min

Ingredients:

Yogurt Flat Breads:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup thick Greek yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
Olive oil

Directions:
In a bowl add yogurt, flour and baking powder.  Stir until combined and the dough starts to form into a ball.  Tip the dough onto a well-floured surface and knead with your hands, 1-2 minutes. If the dough is too sticky add some more flour and continue to knead the dough. The dough is ready when it's able to hold its shape and it's not sticking to your hands or the surface. Divide into six equal parts. On a lightly flour work surface, using a rolling pin, roll each ball into rounds, approximately the size of a saucer. Brush both sides with olive oil.  

Heat a skillet, medium high heat. Once hot, add one flatbread at a time. Cook each side 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining flatbreads.
Wrap in a clean kitchen towel to keep warm.
