Sauteed Apples
Serves: Six | Prep: 15 min | Cook: 10 min
Ingredients:
Sauteed Apples:
3 large apples, peeled, cored, and diced small
2 Tbsp light brown sugar
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 1/2 tsp Apple Pie Spice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
To a skillet over medium heat add 2 Tbsp water, diced apples, brown sugar, maple syrup, apple pie spice, and vanilla. Cook, 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
Perfect on top of porridge, yogurt, or Buttermilk Pancakes.
