Shake and Bake Pork Chops

Serves: Four | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 20 min

Ingredients:

Shake and Bake Pork Chops:
6 pork chops, boneless
1 1/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
Preheat oven 400F/200C. Spray oil onto a wire baking rack and place rack on top of a baking tray.

Spread breadcrumbs evenly onto another baking tray. Bake, 4 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool completely.

To a bag add cooled breadcrumbs, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, parsley, celery salt, pepper and oil. Place in one pork chop at a time, shaking the bag to fully coat the chop. Place coated chop onto the prepared rack. Continue with remaining pork chops. Bake, 15-20 minutes, until an internal temperature of 145F/63C is reached.
