Skillet Charred Corn

Serves: Six | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 12 min

Ingredients:

Skillet Charred Corn:
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 cups frozen corn
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Heat oil in a castiron skillet over medium high heat. Add corn. Cook, 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until charred on all sides. Season with salt and pepper.

TIP:
Fresh, frozen or can corn can be used. 1 cob of corn roughly equals 1/2 cup.
