Spicy Mixed Nuts

Ingredients:
Spicy Mixed Nuts:
4 cups mixed nuts, such as; walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews, and almonds
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven 350F/180C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a large bowl add nuts, oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Mix well, uintil all nuts are coated well. Spread the coated mixed nuts onto the prepared tray and roast, 10-15 minutes, shaking the pan every five minutes. Let cool completely befor serving.
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
