Jalapeno Popper Cheese Dip

Serves: Six | Prep: 15 min | Cook: 15 min

Ingredients:

Jalapeno Popper Cheese Dip:
4 jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup garlic and chive cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp garlic powder

Panko Topping:
3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 Tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Preheat oven 375F/190C.

Make the dip by mixing chopped jalapenos, cheddar cheese, cream cheeses, sour cream, parmesan, and garlic powder together. Transfer to an 8X8- inch oven proof dish.

Make the panko topping by stirring breadcrumbs, parmesan, butter, bagel seasoning, and parsley together. Spread evenly onto of the dip mixture. Bake, 15- 20 minutes, until golden and bubbly. Serve with crackers, and sliced green bell peppers.
