Three Ingredient Vanilla Ice Cream
Serves: Ten | Prep: 10 min, plus 6 hrs | Cook: 8 min
Ingredients:
Three Ingredient Vanilla Ice Cream:
2 cups double/heavy cream
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla paste
Directions:
Add cream to a large mixing bowl and with a hand held mixer whip until soft peaks start to happen. Stir in condensed milk and the vanilla paste. Cover with baking paper, letting it touch the surface of the cream. Chill in the freezer for at least six hours, overnight works best. Remove from the freezer 5-10 minutes before serving.
