Slow Cooked Oven Ribs
Serves: Four | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 4 hrs
Ingredients:
Slow Cooked Oven Ribs:
3 lbs pork spareribs
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2-1 cup Barbecue Sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven 275F/140C.
Generously season both sides of the ribs with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper.
Lay out two sheets of aluminum foil, larger than ribs, fold over the ribs, secure it tight. Place covered ribs onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 4 hours. (This can also be done on the barbecue)
After 4 hours, undo the foil, turn oven to broil/grill. Slather with barbecue sauce and broil/grill, 5-7 minutes, until the sauce caramelizes slightly.
