Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream

Serves: 1 1/2 cups | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 0 min

Ingredients:

Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream:
1 whole vanilla pod or 1 tsp vanilla paste
1 1/2 cups heavy/double cream
1/4 cup powdered/icing sugar

Directions:
If using a whole vanilla pod. Split the pod in half lenghtwise and scrape the seeds out. Place seeds and cream into a large bowl and with a handheld mixer whisk until soft peaks begin. Add powdered sugar and whisk until your desired consistency is reached.
