Guacamole & Avocado Margarita

Ingredients:
Guacamole:
3 large ripe avocados
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup tomato, finely chopped
1 jalapeno, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 Tbsp fresh cilantro/corriander, finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
1/2 tsp salt
Avocado Margarita:
lime wedge
1 Tbsp coarse salt
1 tsp lime zest
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1 heaping Tbsp avocado
2-3 Tbsp fresh cilantro
2 oz tequila
1 oz Orange Liqueur
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tsp agave syrup
3/4 cup ice
Garnish:
Lime slices
Fresh Cilantro Sprig
Directions:
Guacamole:
Cut avocados in half, remove pit, scoop flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork, until desired consistency. Add all other ingredients and gently mix well.
Avocado Margarita:
On a small plate add salt, lime zest, and cayenne pepper. Mix together. Run a lime wedge over the rim of a glass and dip the rim into the salt mixture.
To a blender add avocado, cilantro, tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice, agave syrup and ice. Blend on high speed, until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Pour into the prepared glass and garnish.
