Irish Cream

Serves: Twelve | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 0 min

Ingredients:

Irish Cream:
3 fresh, free-range eggs
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup whiskey
4 Tbsp freshly brewed coffee
3 Tbsp chocolate syrup
1 pint heavy/double cream

Garnish:
Candy canes, whole and crushed
Cocoa powder

Directions:
Add eggs to a blender, blend for one and a half minutes. Add condensed milk, whiskey, coffee and chocolate syrup, blend again for one minute more.

Take out 1 cup of the mixture, this makes room in the blender for the addition of the heavy cream. Blend for one and a half minutes more, stir back in the extra.

Pour into a bottle, keep in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days.

Once serving use a glass with or without ice and garnish.
