Oven Baked Chocolate Bark & Chocolate Tumbler

Serves: Ten | Prep: 5 min | Cook: 3 min

Ingredients:

Oven Baked Chocolate Bark:
8 oz milk chocolate bars
8 oz dark chocolate bars
8 oz white chocolate bars
Toppings:
Raisins
Peanuts
Pretzels
Chocolate candies, etc…

Chocolate Tumbler:
2 Tbsp chocolate syrup
2 oz vodka
2 oz coffee liqueur
2 oz Irish Cream
4 oz whole milk

Garnish:
Dark chocolate, grated isen colored sugr

Directions:
Oven Baked Chocolate Bark:
Preheat oven 225F/110C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Randomly arrange chocolate on the prepared tray. Bake, 3-4 minutes, until chocolate is soft. With a wooden skewer swirl the chocolate. Top with toppings. Let sit until hard, then break the chocolate into pieces. (bark)

Store in an airtight container, last for up to 2 weeks.

Chocolate Tumbler:
Place 1 Tbsp of chocolate syrup on to a flat plate. Dip the rim of a glass into the syrup. Squeeze the remaining syrup along the inside of the glass.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish Cream, and milk. Shake vigorously. Pour into the prepared glass. To make the garnish use a peeler and peel the dark chocolate over the glass.
