“Speedboat” Prosecco Pitcher

Ingredients:

Speedboat Prosecco Pitcher:
1 Tbsp sugar
1 grapefruit wedge
1/4 cup vodka
1/3 cup elderflower liqueur
2 cups freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1 bottle chilled prosecco

Garnish:
Grapefruit wedges

Directions:
Add sugar to a flat plate. Rim each glass with the grapefruit wedge, dip rim into sugar.
In a large pitcher add vodka, elderflower, grapefruit juice, and chilled prosecco. Stir well. Fill each glass with ice. Pour and garnish.
