Chocolate Peanut Butter Chow & Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

Chocolate Peanut Butter Chow:
6 cups Shreddies/Check cereal
8 oz milk chocolate
8 oz dark chocolate
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups powdered/icing sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup pretzels
1 cup chocolate covered candies

Espresso Martini:
2 oz vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlua)
1 oz espresso

Garnish:
3 whole coffee beansarnisen colored sugr

Directions:
Choclate Peanut Butter Chow:
Place cereal in a large bowl and set aside.

In another bowl add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder, mix well and set aside.

In a double boiler, a bowl that sits sturdy onto a saucepan with water in it, make sure the the bowl does not touch the water in the saucepan. Over low heat add the chocolates and peanut butter, stirring often, until completely melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal and with a rubber spatula, gently mix until all the cereal is coated with chocolate. Pour half of the powdered sugar mixture over the cereal and gently stir in. Add the remaining powdered sugar mixture and continue to stir until all the chocolate cereal is coated. Transfer coated cereal to a baking tray, spread out evenly and let harden. Once harden, add pretzels and chocolate covered candies.

Store in an airtight container, last for up to 2 weeks.

Espresso Martini:
In a shaker filled with ice add vodka, coffee liqueur, and espresso. Shake vigorously. Pour into a martini glass and garnish.
