1 oz Cointreau
4 oz freshly steeped tea
freshly whipped cream
Garnish:
Orange zest
Directions:
Fill a teacup with hot water, discard water. To the warmed teacup, add Cointreau and tea. Top with the freshly whipped cream and garnish.
