Balsamic Glaze

Balsamic Glaze:

Makes: 1/2 cup I Prep: 5 min I Cook: 20min

Ingredients:
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup light brown sugar

Directions:
Heat vinegar and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the vinegar thickens and reduces, about 15-20 minutes. 

Remove from heat and let cool completely before storing in a glass jar with a tightly fitted lid. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
