Boiling Shrimp:
Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, defrosted and deveined
1/2 Tbsp salt
1/2 lemon, thick sliced
Directions:
In a large saucepan bring 5 cups of water, salt, and lemon slices to the boil. Add shrimp. Cook, uncovered for 3 minutes, until shrimp becomes pink. Place shrimp into a bowl filled with ice and cold water to stop the cooking. Enjoy with Cocktail Sauce.
