How To Cook Quinoa
Makes: 3 cups
Quinoa:
1 cup quinoa
2 cups water
Directions:
Add quinoa and water to a saucepan. Stir to combine. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low and cover. Cook, 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
