Bruschetta / Crostini

Prep: 5 min | Cook: 10 min

Ingredients:
1 Baguette or sourdough loaf
1-2 Tbsp olive oil
1-2 tsp salt
1/2-1 tsp pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven 400F/200C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Cut bread into ½ inch thick slices. Lay onto the prepared tray. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.  Cook, 10 minutes, turning over halfway through.
