How to dehydrate lemons and limes
Ingredients:

Directions:
Preheat oven 170F/77C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and place a wire cooling rack on top.
Slice lemon and limes evenly, about ΒΌ inch thick.
Place the sliced fruit on the wire rack and cook for 4-6 hours, until fruit is completely dry. For even drying, rotate the baking tray every hour.
Before storing in an airtight container make sure fruit is completely dry.
