Dill Pickles

Ingredients:

Dill Pickles:
baby cucumbers, or a large cucumber, cut into spears
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp mustard seeds
1 Tbsp whole black peppercorns
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup fresh dill

Directions:
In a saucepan add vinegars, water and sugar. Heat over medium low heat, until the sugar dissolves, let cool slightly.

Add mustard seeds, peppercorns, salt and dill to a clean jar, fill with cucumbers and top with the cooled sugar water.Let rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. Will last in the refrigerator, 2-3 weeks.
