How To Make Hard Boiled Eggs
How to make perfect, easy peel hard boiled eggs:
Ingredients:
6-12 eggs
1 Tbsp white vinegar
Directions:
Place eggs in a large saucepan, large enough that they are not overcrowded. Fill saucepan with cold water, about 1 inch above the eggs. Add 1 Tablespoon vinegar. Bring to a boil over high heat, once boiling turn off heat, cover with a lid. Let sit, 10 minutes. Place eggs into an ice bath and let sit for another 10 minutes. Take out of the ice water, peel and enjoy.
Tips:
When buying eggs in the grocery store don't boil for at least three days if using fresh eggs give them at least a week before boiling. This will help the eggs peel better.
This method is for hard boiling eggs if soft boiled is your goal decrease your time to 6 minutes, depending on how soft you like your eggs.
