Pork Crackling

Pork Crackling:

Prep: 5 min I Cook: 40 min

Ingredients:
pork fat/rind
olive oil
salt

Directions:
Preheat oven 425F/220C. Line a tray with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.

Score the fat. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle heavily with salt. Cook 40-50 minutes, until golden and crisp. Remove from the oven, let cool to touch and cut into pieces with a scissor.
