Pumpkin Pie Spice:
Makes: 5 Tbsp
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp ground cloves
Directions:
In a bowl mix cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, all spice, and cloves together.
Store in an airtight container for up to six months.
