Storing Cookies

How to store cookies:

-Make sure cookies are cooled completely before storing.

-Store cookies in an airtight container.

-Store different flavors separately, as over time strongly flavored cookies such as molasses or mint can seep into other cookies and change their flavor.

-Soft cookies should be stored separately from crisp cookies.

-Cookies are best stored at room temperature. The cool air from the refrigerator can take away the cookies moisture and make cookies taste bland.
